Our primary location is at Lake Boone Medical, 4201 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 200, across from the Rex Wellness Center. We are at the 2nd traffic signal, from either the 440 beltline, or Blue Ridge Road.

As of January 7, 2008, we will have a satellite location available, on Mondays, at 10010 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite 200, in North Raleigh, next door to WakeMed North. We are in the Physicians Pavilion, at the corner of Falls of Neuse and Durant Roads.
